Acts of the Apostles – Serving God’s Purpose

This week we continue our journey through the Book of Acts, exploring chapter 6 and the challenges faced by the rapidly growing early church. We’ll look at the appointment of the seven, including Stephen and Philip, and how differences in language and culture shaped the spread of Christianity. Through Stephen’s courage and Philip’s remarkable encounter with the Ethiopian official, we’ll consider how God places people in particular situations to accomplish His purpose, and how we too can recognise opportunities to serve Him wherever life takes us.
